The case against not doing..

And why by doing nothing, you can achieve all that you desire in less time..

Or maybe you’re doing a 9-5..

There’s always seemingly 10,000 things to do..

5,000 things to read..

8 threads to write..

20 DMs to send..

Whatever it may be..

One thing is for certain..

We are in the age of information overload,

And quite frankly, it can be bloody overwhelming and incredibly stressful

But..

What if there were a way to handle things with 20x more effectiveness..

10x less effort..

And make work something akin to a deep state of meditation?

Consider this quote from the profoundly powerful “The Master Key System”:

When we lean too heavily on our conscious mind to make decisions..

We get fall into the trap of being “a deer in the headlights”

We panic

We simply have too much choice

Too many things to do

Trying to control each one, and make them perfect..

Is actually limiting us in our ability to execute at all

Remember..

Well that all sounds fine and dandy..

But how do we actually achieve this?

I can only share my personal interpretation of this..

And how it’s lead to me to “doing nothing”..

By entering into a beautiful state of flow..

While allowing my subconscious to handle 99% of the heavy lifting..

What the conscious mind is great is:

- Planning/reasoning (Use it to identify your highest leverage activity that you’ll get into a flow state to achieve)

- Imprinting your desire/goal/thing you want on the subconscious

1/ Remove all distraction (Dan not mincing words below)

2/ Coffee/green tea (To keep Takezo happy)

3/ 4-point smile - Heart > Mouth > Eyes > Mind

4/ Music (if you want - not required)

5/ Relax the body/mind (they are intimately linked)

6/ Allow the conscious mind to rescind control

7/ GENTLY anchor your conscious mind on the breath (cue - Long & soft )

- “I am completely relaxed”
- “I am completely open”
- “I work joyfully”
- “I love what I do”
- “I feel a deep sense of love and expansion”

7/ Just start doing - Don’t worry about the quality or accuracy too much at first..


We’re just getting into a relaxed state and producing

Letting the subconscious mind gradually take over

Whenever you notice overreliance on the conscious mind..

(You’ll know..as you’ll start freezing/tensing up)

Just continue to let go and RELAX - this is the key

Repeat the mantra if required..

Keep in mind - It can take anywhere between 10-20 mins to get into a flow state..

And only 10 seconds to get out of it..

Play around with this, as it will work slightly differently for everyone..

The key thing to keep in mind TO STOP DOING..

Have faith in the subconscious..

Instead of getting more and more tense as the work goes on..

Feel your self getting more & more relaxed

This is how you become a conduit for the divine energy which is inherently yours to access

This ties in to a lot of the previous articles that I’ve posted..

Keep in mind, my personal understanding is always shifting..

I’ve learned a huge amount in the last month (through meditation & reading)..

So please stay patient if I change my tune a bit..
